How do I cancel my subscription?

Monthly and Prepaid Subscriptions

  1. Log in to your account on the My-Account page.
  2. Once you are logged in, click on Subscriptions.
  3. On the next page all subscriptions are listed if there are multiple. Select view on the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Select cancel on the next screen.

Pending Cancellation

If you cancel your monthly or prepaid subscription before the next payment date then your subscription switches to pending cancellation status.

  • You will not be charged again for the next payment when your subscription is in pending cancellation status.
  • The subscription fully cancels at the end of the current prepaid period. Tracking service continues active until that date.
