Resetting the cell network connection that your tracker utilizes can correct a majority of cell-based tracking and live audio issues. This would apply only to devices that update every 30 seconds by default.

The network reset must be performed from our side. Submitting this form will enter a support request to reset your tracker's connection as soon as possible.
Once your device has been reset by our team, then you will receive a notification via email. The network reset will only help the tracker meaningfully if the root issue can be solved by a network reset or is cell related.
You do not need to take any further action with your tracker's power or hardware to complete the reset.
