How do I change ownership of tracker?

In order to change the ownership of a tracker, we need consent from both parties.

  1. Have the original owner send an email to with the following information:
    • Tracker serial number (e.g. 00000-01234)
    • Words to the effect of “I authorize New Owner to take control of this tracker”
    • Whether you want the previous tracking history deleted
  2. Have the new owner send an email to requesting ownership of the new tracker. Include the serial number in the email.

Transfers can happen within 15 minutes during normal business hours (9 am to 5 pm Eastern) once we have received permission from both parties. Please allow extra time for the transfer if outside of normal business hours.
