Keeping your payment method up-to-date is crucial for smooth transactions and uninterrupted service. his guide provides a simple, step-by-step process to update your payment method with ease. Follow these instructions to ensure your transactions run smoothly.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept both Debit and Credit cards. Please ensure your card is valid before adding it as a payment method.


Steps to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Log in to your account at app.logistimatics.com.

  2. Click here to be directed to the 'Manage Payment Methods' tab.

  3. Click the Add New button on the right side of the screen.

  4. In the pop-up box, enter your payment method’s details and click Add Method.


Managing Your Payment Methods

  • You can store multiple cards on file as options or backups for your payment methods.

  • If you only have one card on file, it will be set as the default for the next payment.

  • If you have multiple cards on file, you will need to set one as the default payment method.

  • Remember to remove cards that are no longer valid or in use as payment methods.
