• How does billing for your monthly service work?
  For most of our trackers, service is $24.95/tracker per month if you are paying month-to-month. There are additional discounts for activating service for 6 or 12 months in advance.
  
  There are no contracts and you can stop service at any time. You can also suspend your service if you need to and resume service later.
  
  When you receive your tracker, you'll be able to activate it and begin tracking service. You can learn more about GPS tracking service and pricing here .

• What kind of packaging will my trackers come in?
  Your tracker will ship in a plain cardboard box without any branding. The return address will not say “Logistimatics” but will have our Greensboro, NC headquarters location on it. Your monthly bank/card service statement will appear as “Logistimatics”.
  
  If you need to make other arrangements, please contact us. You can also use PayPal as a payment option.
