My subscription is cancelled. How can I reactivate?

  1. Log into your Logistimatics account: https://logistimatics.com/my-account/
  2. Look under the section “Inactive trackers”. Find the tracker you want to reactivate and choose which subscription option you are want, and select “Activate”.
  3. Select “Proceed to checkout” on the next page (make sure to double check that you do not have anything extra in your cart upon checkout!).
  4. After checking out, your tracker should be ready to use right away.
