Having trouble activating your new Logistimatics tracker? Don't worry! This step-by-step guide will walk you through the activation process, whether you purchased the tracker directly from Logistimatics or from a third-party vendor. We're here to help you get your tracker up and running smoothly.

Purchased directly from Logistimatics.com

If you bought your tracker directly from Logistimatics.com, here's what you need to know:

  • All new tracker orders come with an active monthly or yearly subscription.

  • We've added 7 days to the subscription to cover the shipping time.

  • To start utilizing your tracker, please follow the tracker's getting started guide. You can find the related article here: Getting Started.


Purchased from Amazon or another 3rd-Party?

If you purchased your tracker from Amazon or another third-party vendor, you have two options to activate it:

  1. Scan the QR code: Locate the QR code on the tracker box and scan it with your smartphone. Follow the prompts to complete the activation process.

  2. Visit our Activation Page. If you can't scan the QR code, visit our Activation Page. Enter the 6-digit serial number and choose a subscription type. Follow the prompts to complete the checkout.

If the tracker was given to you by a friend or family member, you'll need to follow the "Transfer of Ownership" process.


Troubleshooting

If you are receiving the following error message, it could be due to the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect Serial Number: Double-check the serial number. It's a 6-digit number found on a sticker on your device or packaging box.

  2. Previous Ownership: If the tracker was owned by someone else before, make sure they've transferred ownership to you.

Can't find the serial number? Contact our customer support by opening a support ticket.


Barcode not Scanning

If you are using the barcode scanning feature on the app and it does not seem to be functioning try going to the Activation Page instead. Enter the serial number manually to activate your tracker and proceed through the activation process.
