  • Resetting the cell network connection that your tracker utilizes can correct a majority of cell-based tracking and live audio issues. This would apply only to devices that update every 30 seconds by default.

  • Trackers that may benefit from a network reset typically fall into these categories:

    1. Not updating for an extended time
    2. Traveling into/out of cell coverage and not updating
    3. Live audio stopped connecting for extended time
    4. Tried sending commands in the app and no response for extended time

  • Enter your account and tracker information below to submit a request for a network reset.

  • Your account email used to log in
  • Account email if existing customer
  • The serial number can be found on the Logistimatics sticker attached to your tracker or located on the tracker's box. You can also find the serial number in the Logistimatics App. (5-7 digits long. Separate multiple devices by comma)

  • You can find the serial number(s) associated with your account in the Logistimatics App. You can request a network reset for up to 3 trackers.
  • The network reset must be performed from our side. Submitting this form will enter a support request to reset your tracker's connection as soon as possible.

    Once your device has been reset by our team, then you will receive a notification via email. The network reset will only help the tracker meaningfully if the root issue can be solved by a network reset or is cell related.

  • You do not need to take any further action with your tracker's power or hardware to complete the reset.
