GPS trackers work on the cellular network to send their location back to you. They will work anywhere in the US, Canada or Mexico where there is adequate cellular service. If you need to use your contract outside of North America, please contact us.
Our service is starts at $14.95/tracker per month. There are no contracts and you can stop service at any time. You can also suspend your service if you need to and resume it later. When you purchase a tracker, you are automatically enrolled in our tracker service. You will recieve your first charge for service 7 days after your purchase. If you decide you no longer need service, you can stop service any time.
Your tracker will ship in a plain cardboard box without any branding. The return address will not say “Logistimatics” but will have our Greensboro, NC headquarters location on it. Your monthly service statement will appear as “Logistimatics”. If you need to make other arrangements, please contact us. You can also use PayPal as a payment option.
Top Support Questions
There could be a few reasons a tracker isn’t updating it’s position. The first thing to check is that the tracker is charged and powered on. Next, make sure the tracker is placed somewhere it can get a GPS signal. Trackers get their location from GPS satellites, so they can’t be inside a metal enclosure like a trunk or toolbox. Also, they may not get a fix inside a metal building, an underground parking deck, etc. Finally, your tracker sends its location back over the cellular network, so there will need to be good cell service where your tracker is. If your tracker hasn’t updated in a while, there is a good chance it’s in a cellular dead zone and will update as soon as it moves out of that area.
First, make sure your tracker is completely charged and powered on. It may take a moment for your tracker to connect to the cell network and get a GPS fix for the first time. Then download the mobile app for your phone and log in with the e-mail address and password you chose when you purchased the tracker. Your tracker should appear shortly on the map and you will be able to track its location. Check out our knowledge base.

You can download the iOS or Android mobile app from the App Store or Play Store by searching for “logistimatics”. If you don’t see any results, it may be that your phone’s operating system needs to be updated before you can install it. Before you can use the live audio functions on your tracker, you need to set your cell phone number as the authorized number that is allowed to listen. Live Audio will only work after you have set your phone number as authorized. Learn how to set the SOS number.
