Canceling service is easy

  • Cancel service any time by going to “My Account”, selecting your subscription and clicking “Cancel” or by opening a support ticket referencing your name and the tracker serial number.
  • Your subscription will auto-renew unless explicitly cancelled.
  • Tracking service fees cannot be refunded or prorated after 30 days.

Product returns are easy

  • All products include a 30-day, no questions asked return policy beginning from the order date.
  • All returned hardware must be in good condition and include the original packaging. Products returned without original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • We will refund the purchase after we receive the device.
  • Tracking service fees cannot be refunded or prorated after 30 days.
  • To start an return, please submit a support ticket.
