If you are not satisfied with your tracker for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of your order date to start a return.

Canceling service is easy

You can stop service anytime, for any reason by going to “My Account” and clicking “Cancel” on your subscription.

  • Cancel service any time by going to “My Account”, selecting your subscription and clicking “Cancel” or by sending an email to support referencing your name and the tracker serial number.
  • Your subscription will auto-renew unless explicitly cancelled.
  • Tracking service fees cannot be refunded or prorated.

Product returns are easy

Our straightforward return policy makes it simple to return a tracker.

  • We have a 30 day from day of order return policy.
  • All returned hardware must be in good condition and include the original packaging.
  • We will refund the device purchase after we receive the device. We recommend getting a tracking number to ensure that the return is successfully delivered.
  • Return shipping fees are paid by the customer and shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Tracking service fees cannot be refunded or prorated.
