Canceling service is easy
You can stop service anytime, for any reason by going to “My Account” and clicking “Cancel” on your subscription.
- Cancel service any time by going to “My Account”, selecting your subscription and clicking “Cancel” or by sending an email to support referencing your name and the tracker serial number.
- Your subscription will auto-renew unless explicitly cancelled.
- Tracking service fees cannot be refunded or prorated.
