What is the range of this tracker?
There's no range limit. Our trackers report their location over the 4G LTE cellular network, so you can track them from anywhere, as long as the tracker has cellular coverage.
What do I need to do to start tracking my device?
If your tracker came with a subscription, it's already active. Just install it and start tracking. Otherwise, go to my.logistimatics.com/activate, enter the 6-digit serial number from the back of the device or the packaging, choose a subscription plan, and follow the prompts. You'll be tracking in minutes.
Can my GPS tracker be detected by someone when it's hidden in my car?
Our trackers are small and silent, so they're hard to spot. A thorough physical search or an RF detector can still find a GPS tracker. Place it out of sight, such as under a seat or in the glove box.
What does the monthly service cost?
Plans start at $12.50 a month billed annually ($149.99 per year), or $19.99 month to month.
What if I want to cancel my tracking service?
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled any time. There are no contracts.
