This tracker reports continuously through the crowdsourced network of local cellular devices.
What is the range of this tracker?

You can track any place where there is cellular service. Our GPS trackers are not limited by range like some Bluetooth tracking products. GPS trackers work by getting their location from GPS satellites and reporting that location back on the cell network. Our trackers work in the US, Canada, and Mexico. For other international destinations, please contact us.
What do I need to do to start tracking my device?

Tracking your device is easy. You can track your device from any web browser or smartphone. When you receive your tracker, you will be able to log into the tracking app for iOS or Android (or any web browser) and begin tracking.
Why is there a subscription plan, and what does it cost?

All of our trackers have a built-in SIM card (like your phone) that uses mobile networks to send you location insights. All the fees for this service, plus our proprietary app and platform, are included within your subscription. That way, you get to enjoy unlimited tracking worldwide. We offer an annual prepayment or a month-to-month payment option. If you choose the month-to-month plan, you can stop service in that monthly time-period. If you choose our annual prepayment plan, you can save a bundle (40%). Learn more here!
What if I want to cancel my tracking service?

If you choose the month-to-month plan, you can stop service at any time. There are no contracts. If you choose an annual plan where you prepay a plan for a full year of service, you can save a bundle.
When will my tracker ship?

We ship all of our trackers within one business day, with the exception of major holidays where shipping will be delayed until our offices reopen.
